We are Best of Mamaia, a YouTube channel focused on beach life (bikini girls, beach landscapes, sports, hangouts, nightlife, hotels, etc). We are interested to buy amateur videos from any beach location in the world (Africa, North/Central/South America, Asia Pacific, Europe), but only during beach seasons.
The total budget is $108 USD in the first month ($119 USD for oDesk/Elance/Guru/Freelancer users, which includes the 10% commission), for 180 minutes of amateur video recordings.
After the first month, total recording time and total budget will grow by at least 5% per month (during beach seasons). Some countries, like Greece, have 4 months beach season per year so the growth will be 20% per year. Other countries, like Brazil, have full year beach season so the growth will be 60% per year.

We reserve the right to limit recording time growth and budget growth if viewer traffic stops growing.
We need permanent collaborators that can supply video footage during the entire beach season and that are ready to commit to a long term partnership. This is not a one season project but a permanent one, also valid for the next beach seasons.
We need casual / amateur footage, not professional. Casual footage means the kind of videos that amateur tourists make in vacation. The video content mix must be composed of 80% bikini girls and 20% beach landscapes, sports, hangouts, nightlife, hotels.
We pay $1.8 USD / video (3 minutes long)
- We pay $0.60 USD for each minute of recording.
- We pay $0.01 USD for every second of recording.
- For example, if you shoot a video 1 minute and 27 seconds long you will be paid $0.87 USD.
- For each recording we pay a minimum of $0.60 USD and a maximum of $1.8 USD.
- We can make individual payments (we pay for each video individually) or group payments (we pay for a group of videos), the choice is yours.
Recordings must be unique (not uploaded anywhere else on the internet). You must provide raw files (native camera file format like .mov or .mts, not compressed, not mixed or edited), 1080p Full HD, 30 fps (60 fps if possible), 16:9 format ratio. Minimum recording time is one minute per video, maximum is three minutes. You can exceed the three minutes limit in well justfied cases. For each video you must provide full details in the file name:
- country;
- region;
- city / village;
- tourist attraction (beach/club/hotel/artist name);
- GPS coordinates (if possible);
- date and time of recording.
You can make as many videos as you want (between 1 - 3 minutes each), but their total recording time must be up to 180 minutes in the first month (see the above payment schedules). You can deliver the videos according to your own schedule (monthly, weekly or daily). We don't impose any deadlines. There is no minimum footage time per month, you can deliver as much as you want, even zero minutes, because the payment schedules set maximum limits not minimum limits. We are extremely flexible.
Recordings must be interesting to viewers and must not be repetitive. Each recording must feature a different subject. For example, when you film bikini girls you can make more videos in the same place, because the main subject are bikini girls and they have to be different in each video. But if the main subject is the landscape, you can't film it twice unless it is from a completely different perspective. We recommend a limit of one video per location if the other videos don't add value. If you are not sure that your video adds value, please stick to this limit per location.
We reserve the right to reject any video that we consider to be repetitive, inappropriate or that doesn't add value to the channel.
You are not allowed to record on purpose topless or any other kind of sexual nudity. Girls in bikini, thongs or topless from behind is not sexual nudity. However, sexual nudity is allowed if it is accidental and for a very short time (a few seconds).
The videos must be recorded with cameras and must have a good sound and video quality. In some cases you will have to film from distance, so you need a camera with optical zoom (hardware zoom). You must not use digital zoom (software zoom) because it degrades video quality.
You will upload video files to our Google Drive account. For this you must set up a free Google Drive account.
We do not cover any expenses (travel, accommodation, food, entry tickets, etc).
